I was just reminiscing my last dinner at 1601. It was August 11th, 2011 and we were celebrating Brother Zev Radziwill and my birthday. Brother John Vento offered to cook, and you know it’s going to be good when he gets going in the kitchen. I remember a fresh arugula salad with goat cheese and some soup to start things off. Maybe it was a tomato bisque? The main course was tenderloin with some fresh veggies and a great red wine to top it off.
The next dinner I’ll have is on October 7th, for founders day… may not be anything like what we had last year but I’m sure it will be a great time. I hope to see you there!
